Below we detail the purposes covered by this policy, without prejudice to others for which you may be informed or asked for specific consent:

It may be necessary to process personal data in order to comply with legal obligations, particularly those related to data protection, taxation, statistics, insurance, etc.

In general, the personal information we process is limited to identifying data (name, email address, and IP address).

We only retain your information for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, to comply with the legal obligations imposed on us, and to address any potential liabilities arising from the fulfillment of that purpose.

If you exercise your right to erasure and it is appropriate to do so, your data will be blocked in accordance with Article 32 of the Spanish Data Protection Law (LOPDGDD), meaning it will only be accessible upon request by courts, the Ombudsman, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, or competent public authorities during the limitation period for potential legal actions. We process your data lawfully, fairly, transparently, appropriately, relevantly, in a limited, accurate, and up-to-date manner. We are committed to taking all reasonable measures to ensure that your data is corrected or erased without delay when inaccurate.

Depending on our relationship and the purpose of the processing, the legal basis may vary. Below we explain the different applicable legal grounds according to the type of processing:

  • LEGITIMATE INTEREST: For activities such as profiling, quality or opinion surveys, website maintenance, phone support, or contacting you to maintain professional relationships as per Article 19 of the LOPDGDD.
  • LEGAL OBLIGATION: For compliance with obligations established in applicable legislation.
  • CONSENT: When you provide your data, you should know that for those processing activities requiring your consent, failing to give it or withdrawing it later will not have negative consequences for you.
