Cooperativas Agro-alimentarias de Andalucía, the regional branch of our Spanish partner Cooperativas Agro-alimentarias de España, successfully hosted the 1st Convention of Agri-food Cooperative Technicians in Andalusia on June 5–6. The event brought together more than 350 participants, highlighting the crucial role that technical professionals play in strengthening the cooperative model throughout the region.
Over two days, the convention became an excellent meeting point for knowledge exchange, networking, and collaboration among agri-food technicians, experts, and stakeholders. It also offered a unique opportunity to present R&D&I projects through an engaging poster exhibition. Among the featured initiatives were our CARINA PROJECT and WaterMellon, both part of the PRIMA Partnership. These projects exemplify our commitment to research, innovation, and cooperation to address common challenges in the agri-food sector.
We are proud to support and be part of initiatives that promote sustainable practices, technological advancement, and stronger connections between cooperatives. Congratulations to everyone involved in making this convention a success and for their continuous work to advance cooperation and innovation across regions!
